Brad Wells |
Founder & CEO

Spanning a career of over 30 years, Founder and CEO Brad Wells is a serial entrepreneur with business experience in Canada, the United States, and Central America. Brad has started or invested in numerable successful high-performing companies that disrupted their markets, creating highly effective results. With a natural ability to innovate and improvise when solving problems, Brad can see what is possible for the organizations he becomes involved with.

His approach to business is one of concrete actions with vision and focus. With a strong emphasis on culture and creating, he has a long-term perspective on investments and building companies and organizations that have an impact.

Finding tremendous purpose and meaning in what has been called "servant leadership,” Brad approaches life with a dedication to continuous personal growth. His intention is to empower others to build and create while leading with integrity and serving with authenticity and heart.

Brad currently serves on the Board of Directors VIQ Solutions, a publicly traded company listed on NASDAQ and the Toronto Stock Exchange.

Sheldon D’souza |
VP, Operations

Sheldon is a proven performer, known for his commitment to excellence and his persistence in ​supporting Momentum Group. He brings over eight years of experience to his role, including his most ​recent position as Director, Field Operations at Sym-Tech Dealer Services.​

Sheldon graduated from the University of Mumbai in India, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce. He also has a Post Graduate Certificate in Strategic Relationship Marketing from George Brown College in Toronto.

Juliana Chung |
Group Controller

Working for Momentum Group since 2000, Juliana's role as Group Controller includes managing accounting operations, treasury duties, preparation of financial reports, maintenance of company records and facilitating payroll. ​

Having been with the company for over 20 years, Juliana has participated in, and implemented, various projects including developing in-house databases, process automation, and the integration of accounting systems that have maximized performance, increased efficiencies, and streamlined processes.​

Juliana holds a CPA designation, a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Oklahoma City University, and a Masters of Library and Information Science (MLIS) from McGill University in Montreal.

Sofia Konstantonis |
Director, Administration

Sofia has extensive international experience with over eighteen years of collaborating closely with​ executive teams in various industries. With strategic business performance objectives, she has led​ diverse projects and teams carrying out detailed budgets, monitoring execution, allocating resources, ​and achieving remarkable results in completing them.​

​She has successfully performed in the manufacturing, retail, education, health and wellness industries, ​managing operations, logistics and human resources. Sofia truly believes in adaptability as one of the ​most valuable tools to learn, grow and succeed.​

Yuliya Iskra |
General Accountant

With over 12 years of Accounting experience, Yuliya is the newest addition to the Momentum Group team. Her talent is evidenced in her previous roles, primarily in the automotive and insurance industries, where she was responsible for many facets of the entire Accounting cycle. Some areas of her expertise include A/P, A/R, inventory processing, and reconciliations and reporting.

Yuliya holds a Master’s degree in economics from the National University of Food Technologies (NUFT) in Kyiv, Ukraine. In addition, she holds Accounting & Finance certificates from Seneca College and Athabasca University. She is currently working towards her CPA designation.

She loves gardening in her spare time, continuing to hone her green thumb, as well as traveling the world, and indulging her sweet tooth.

Kathryn Winstanley |
Senior Associate, Marketing

With over seven years of well-rounded Marketing experience in the automotive, consumer goods, food and beverage, real estate, and not-for-profit industries, Kathryn is an integral part of the Momentum Group team. ​

Kathryn merges her creative and analytics skills to successfully manage projects of all sizes from conceptualization to execution. Skilled in Brand and Digital Marketing Management, with strong leadership and communication skills, Kathryn holds an Honours Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto with additional certification in Brand Management from Seneca College, where she graduated with high honours.

In her free time, Kathryn can be found traveling, cooking up a storm in the kitchen, and spending quality time with her family and friends.

Leah Ortega |
Accounting, Momentum Media Group, Inc.

Originally from New Jersey and currently residing in Hilton Head, South Carolina, Leah Ortega brings over 25 years of experience to her role in Momentum Media Group. Leah has worked in various industries, including banking, magazine publishing, real estate, and property management.

As Controller of Momentum Media Group, Leah is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all accounting and finance-related operational functions. In addition to managing the budget, she oversees regulatory reporting, including tax planning and compliance, preparing internal and external financial statements, and managing the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data.

Leah holds an Accounting Degree from the University of Richmond, Virginia.

When she isn’t working, she enjoys playing tennis at any opportunity, outdoor activities and adventure, and family game nights!
